SHIPPING

We ship from New Zealand using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
All deliveries are tracked and require a signature.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days
- During sale or high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days
If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with options.
SHIPPING RATES
New Zealand
- Free shipping on NZ orders over $200
- $9 flat rate shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days from dispatch
Australia
- $25 flat rate shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–12 working days from dispatch
Rest of World
- $45 flat rate shipping
- Estimated delivery: 10–15 working days from dispatch

DELIVERY
- Orders are shipped from New Zealand
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
- We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched
- Any person at the delivery address is considered authorised to receive the parcel
If delivery is unsuccessful, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
TAXES & DUTIES
All prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
For international orders:
- Duties, taxes and customs fees may apply
- These are set by the destination country
- Payment is the responsibility of the customer
All international orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
racket is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
